Mediocre skill infrequent kill

Recently came back after a few years off and unsure of what to do with this character.

This was my first char (now alt) that has been a jack of all trades but does nothing well imo. I have a pvp alt and a mission running alt both in the 30-60 mill sp. Both alts have no capital skills Is that a good goal for this character?

Am i missing any must have skills?

After a quick glance i'd say acceleration control is the first thing that springs to mind... And then armor compensation skills next perhaps...

Edit: shield management and upgrades

But to answer your question, you should be able to turn this guy into a pretty good moros or thanatos pilot, fairly quick.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

I'll share my skill sheet. This is going to be one of my perfect subcap pilots. subcap all the things

automatic API update is disabled because I changed APIs over this. EVEMon is the only thing that has my API now.

I'm going for a perfect subcap pilot myself... Only missing skills for t3, black ops and a little bit in electronics and science pretty much.

Well you've taken Jump Drive Calib & Op to 5 without even starting on Caps (!) ..so given the time you've already invested a Thanatos would be a good boat to aim for considering your decent Drone skills also. Fighters should be on that list ofc, as well as Cap Repair and Cap Remote Armor Repair.
You're actually not far short of a really good Ishtar pilot either. Buff your armor comp skills and Drones Rigging to 5 (invaluable given the Ishtar's appalling CPU) and you have a superb 660dps drone boat. Check Battleclinic for Ishtar fits incorporating the new Drone Damage mods.
