Lost in all the skills, need some help on PvE skillbuild

So this toon is my new fresh toon i made in January as i got back into eve, i have another toon that i play as "main" that is purely pvp focused and in FW, so i figured id have this guy be my mission runner.

I used this char to get familiar with all the new stuff in eve since i last played and so ive skilled him all over the place it feels, he can do lvl3 missions But i seem to fail surviving that in a cane, dont know if its maybe the mission (damsel)? but i feel so lacking in both dps and tank, and ive heard of ppls doing these lvl3 missions in same timeframe as this toon with no problem, with T1 tank even, now they might have skilled him correctly compared to mine but i can use some T2


would someone be so kind to point me in the right direction to as what i seem to be missing in my skillbuild.

I can't say for sure, but I really think your SP just aren't quite 'there' yet. More DPS will help (gunnery).

Another factor might be the mission itself. Damsel has some hard spots, and triggers in the mission might be an issue.

Other people might ask you for:
Fit
Region the mission is in
etc

to better help you , they might need more info.
