Looking to buy a pilot that can preferably fly T3s, BSes HICs and Logis (anything else isn't required).

It doesn't have to fly all of the above, but at least one is required.
Though I don't want just any old ship, in order of preference:
Proteus > Loki
Amarr BS > Gallente BS > Minny BS
Guardian
Any HIC
If it's not listed there, I don't want it (for example, no basis!)

I'm not looking for an amazing 100m SP alt, nor a main-character replacement - just a low SP alt that can comfortably fly the ships I want (so don't bother pasting your 50m/100m/whatever alts because I'll probably ignore it)

In terms of specific skills I'll judge on a case-by-case basis so just link me thread/eveboard with your price.
