The subject pretty much said it all.

We mostly tank shields and will love you long time if you can fly logistics ships.
We have worm holes, so your mining, sleepers, PI and such is all good.
We have high sec mining, mission running and frequently get war decs.
We are in a war right now but standing even with them.
We have a replacement ship program for PVP operations.

You will need to submit API with your application.
You will need to be reasonably pleasant - we are not a bunch of vulgar teenagers.
You will need to be willing to answer a call to arms once a week during a war.

Everything else is entirely voluntary.
