Hello,

Aiming to clarify the methods PVP players are using smart bombs at gate camps - particularly low sec

Understand Smart Bombs are varying sizes, and last around 10 seconds each time, and require to be aligned correctly

If used in low sec, can they put right on the gate, thus stopping people trying to avoid them by coming from non obvious directions?

How frequently can they be put up?i.e. can one player keep one up at all times in a high traffic area, or does systems fail, thus needing a few players to cycle through?

Or is is it more just a matter of timing gate flashes?

Basically just looking for more understanding on usage mechanics of them so I can avoid.........

Warp to target gate from celestial. Once at target gate align to celestial you just jumped from. Stop once you reach SB activation range. Activate SB when someone shows up on short scan. If they came from the celestial you are aligned to they wake up in station.

Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the wise. Seek what they sought.
