Man identified as: Dr. Johan Schweiss. extends arm, camera pans and the white wall opens in the middle and slides to the sides. A chamber is revealed. Poor lighting, contaminated walls. Rust and grime, suggesting minmatar origins. In the center a man is placed, supported by medical devices.

The man is obviously frightened, pupils dilated, but appears unharmed.

The man subject 4 is brought into the room by 2 unidentifiable men. He resist heavily and appears in severe distress. His speech is incomprehensible rambling mixed with shouting.

Yes I know, it's horrid. I'm more concerned about tracing it's origins, or if anyone has run into a file like this out in nul. If it CAN be traced, crap like this could be stopped.

From the tags on the film it looks like it was a 'joint' production between Serpentis, Angel Cartel and Gurista elements. This should tell you everything you need to know. The specific origin of the film would be extremely difficult to find and moot in the end anyway. Things like this happen every day because of the pirate factions; the fact that they seem to be making a demonstrative infomercial for torture and execution services should not surprise anyone. Don't stop the filmakers, stop their employers and the world that makes it possible for events like this to occur.

Fake. If you know your outer regions organisations, you'll know that a collaboration between the Guristas and the Serpentis-Cartel entente is deeply unlikely.
