Yes, Goonswarm has a bounty on ice miners in both Caldari and Gallente space.

  • ORCA : 250 million ISK
  • HULK : 25 million ISK
  • MACKINAW : 10 million ISK
  • COVETOR : 5 million ISK
  • RETRIEVER : 5 million ISK
  • FREIGHTER : 250 million ISK
  • t2 Hauler : 10 million ISK

    Here's the thing: goons are utilitarian scammers. We'll scam if we gain more from scamming then not scamming - like the Titan scam - sure, we'll take ~80 billion for an hours work. But in this case, scamming isn't to our advantage - if we don't pay out, people won't gank ice miners more than once. If we do pay out, lots of ice miners get ganked and it costs us next to nothing.
