how to know is WH has static

I have seen ppl trying to sell WH ... and they say something like static HS- C2... what does this mean ... how do you know if it static exit?

All wormholes have at least one static, go to staticmapper.com, type in the J-number of the wh (system name), hover over the probable static to see if the are hi/low/null/c1-c6. What it means is that that wh system will always have an exit leading to that security system. For example, a c2 wh system with a hisec static will always have an exit leading to hisec, though it's location and destination will change everyday. Hope that helps. :)
