Could some one tell me how to finish this mission? " license to fly (prequel)"

Arizam Gimit ask me get a Amarr graduation certificate through speaking to his agent at one of data centres he located.

I had already found the data center, but no one give me any certificate.

Does some one know about it?

have you done a mission for Shafra Gulias, Hefaka Chubid or Sevan Fagided ?

They should give you a mission that you receive a certificate from.

The certificate should be in your cargohold when you complete the mission.

Thank you very much.

I know what problem with me now. I done a mission for wrong agent. He ask me get 3* Sansha's Copper tags , which spent me 400+m ISK , now turn out its useless. T_T

There are too many agents at data center.

Only 2 at each data center. A tag one, and one for the grad certificate.

If it makes you feel any better, the missions for tags do still give you standings boosts. So not totally worthless at least.

Actually both agents give faction standings.

Thats the whole purpose of the datacenters...

Quite true. I ran out of time while writing that, but wanted to at least clarify that they weren't totally worthless.

I actually recommend doing all of the data centers just for the faction standing. It doesn't take long, doesn't give too much, but it was nice especially starting out to get that bump.

If you are going to be doing the COSMOS missions, I would also recommend following this guide. It will help you keep it in order, and will decrease the likelihood of you failing/missing a mission. Since the COSMOS missions can only be taken once, that would cause you to be unable to finish the later missions. (While the guide is mostly accurate, there was one complex that it said required cruiser and below, but I was able to enter in a battlecruiser)

Additionally, if you should need any support for some of the later missions, you can feel free to contact me and I will see about getting over there to assist.
