Cheap 2.5M ISK Null-sec Solo Frigate?

Sorry if this is the wrong topic to post under What? not posted here much..

I am looking for a cheap, low-skill solo frigate for nullsec; my budget is 2.5M ISK because I will be building 20 frigates (if you have a fit that is waayyyy better for a bit more ISK I'm fine with that).

The idea is that I want to hop into a frigate, go out and do some pew pew, and not care at all if I loose it, because I'll have 19 frigates left!

But why would that be? Those topics just seem to be wtb/wts? I'm just looking for a good fit, Battleclinic isn't helping much with its dated and/or expensive fits..

I know it's some sort of common wisdom that you have to go out and blow up a lot of frigates to get some taste of pvp but tbh I don't get it.

In a t1 frigate with poor skills and no friends the only thing you will be able to kill is a t1 industrial - against everything else you won't stand a chance. So, why bother?
the experience of getting blown up is an experience you'll make often enough over the course of your eve career....

If you want to go out solo with sth cheap then go with a ship that stands a chance at winning at least one type of fight (e.g. a light missile caracal).

That being said if I had to pick a t1 frigate to solo in I would go with a (single medium ASB) Merlin, it's a little slow but otherwise a pretty nice package.

Unless of course you just want to stay in frigates. If so then hop on into the jaguar or wolf once you feel its the right time for an upgrade.

There is a video out there where two five day old characters hopped into riftetoors and caused all sorts of hell before somebody finally took them down. They were experienced players but did it as an experiment to counter the people who claim you can't pvp in Eve until you've been in the game for years and have x amount of skill points. And that you are useless until that point.

To make it even more difficult, they refused to have their mains fund the five day old rifter pilots. Instead, they used the loot from killing to fund ship upgrades and ammo costs.
