Ok so every time I jump a gate, dock, sneeze, undock, anything at all my cargohold opens. I am aware of what is in there, please stop trying to make me show off to myself, it's embarassing and frankly annoying as ****

the fix is in your UI window settings (or with pinned windows)

don't know what that setting is, but the bug does not effect everyone, myself included, and all I can say is I'm pretty default with the UI except for the font settings

One of the girls in the issues forum posted, that she was able to fix the problem by moving the ship cargo window from it's default position and pinning it somewhere else. Then when you close it, it doesn't pop at the jump.


I was playing around with the windows on a BC and had already done that and I wasn't getting the window pop up in it. I do however get the pop up in a Frig that I haven't changed the default cago window position of. So it might be worth a go. Nowhere near another ship right now. So can't try it to see if it works.

I just tried pinning my ship's cargo window in a new position and size before undocking, it remained open when I undocked but reverted to default position and size, not a complete workaround but I guess it's close enough until they patch it and add in persistence features.

ESC -> Reset settings tab -> Reset to default window positions.

Actually, I think the trick is to pin the cargo window first then move and resize it, I just docked and undocked again after I moved and resized the window after it was pinned and it remained in the position and size I left it. Almost there.
