Our current goals are to get 20 more active PVP pilots to give us the edge we need in combat. We are looking for players with a solid background in PVP, Cap and Super pilots and potential FC's for small roaming gang warfare. What are some of the things we offer?

So what does it take to join?

We do have a minimum skill point requirement of 5msp this is not negotiable for main accounts, the reason being we operate in nullsec, so as much as we like new players they do not have the skillset or the mindset to survive where we live.

Everybody who applies is subject to an interview that is usually conducted by a corporate officer, this is usually done on TS3 to make it less formal and so we can get to know you, and you can see what we are about.

PHA is a pure 0.0 pvp corp,. Phantom squad is 200 members strong, comprised of 65% EU TZ and 35% US TZ. Phantom Squad was founded back in 2003 by our current ceos brother. In one way or another weve been active in all war from the old Curse wars through max1 and the sacking of germinate up to the last stand of IT. Our corp enjoys a very relaxed atmosphere where RL comes first and is ran by the members for the members. We practice financial transparency so members can see where the money is going and be sure that leadership isnt just getting rich off the corp.

We are a corp that prides themselves on doing it all, we have a good sized member base with people active in almost all tz's. While we are UZTZ heavy we also have a pretty decent and active European core (mostly brits) . We live for pvp, our pve activities are only engaged in in order to get ourselves more pvp, dam ships are expensive after all now a days (stupid inflation).

What we are looking for are people who are easy to get along with , can take a joke or 2 and above all are willing to lay it all on the line for another corp member. We view ourselves as a sort of EvE family and look out for each others. When a dude is having a rough time we do what we can to help him have a good time ect. Most importantly we understand its a game and you have commitments outside of it. Our general mantra is RL first eve second, though we will probably want to hear about your hot date when you get on comms the next day.
