Haven't been to Fanfest since 06 at the Hilton and this was a triumphant return. I had a very good time.

Sisters of Eve needs some slight buffing though.

I wanted to thank you all for making Fanfest as awesome as it is.

This community is something different, it makes me so happy that you are all willing to travel to Iceland to meet each other and us and talk about spaceships. The energy and the atmosphere makes me just so happy to be a part of it all.

Meeting people who tell me they love EVE and tell me they love what I do at work is so inspiring and I'm not sure there's anything that makes me happier!

And those stories you have shared with me, I love them! I was sat at a table at the charity dinner with two guys who were here for their fourth Fanfest, they had been playing together for some time before they realized that they lived just really close to each other and have been best friends since. This just proves how EVE is not just a game but also this amazing community where you meet people and make BFFs.

Can't wait to see you all again next year!

It was also a joy to watch from the outside even on the crappy free stream. Lol

The end keynote "wave" was incredible.

Also thnx to Hilmar for getting his head out of his "hiney" after this whole Incarna fiasco and turning into a bearded Vicking. Cool
Pity that Dust gun wasn´t a movie prop firing blanks.

Would´ve been so awesome, Hilmar shooting the balconies. Twisted

Hi Folks

It was my first fanfest on location too, it's not going to be my last and that is a threat :-)

Dies war auch für mich das erste Fanfest vor Ort, es wird nicht mein letztes sein und das ist eine Drohung :-)

Cheers / 3x F%ck Yeah!

I am finding it hard to properly express how amazingly awesome this week has been, meeting old friends and making new friends, a weekend of awesome interaction with the best fans in the universe topped by a mind blowing party with some great music.

This was my first fanfest since coming to work at CCP and being on the other side of the curtain does not take any of the shine out of this event, thank you to all the fans, colleagues and friends who made this one of the best events I have ever had the privilege of working on.

And just so you know - Team Haggis (The Dust 514 PVP winners for anyone who missed it) - When your picture came up on the big screen during the keynote and you all shouted "TEAM HAGGIS!!!" I had possibly the biggest grin there has ever been on earth plastered on my face. Thank you.

Fan fest never ceases to amaze. Happy seeing some faces again and again, all the way back since the first fanfest in 2004.

CCP Fanfest best fanfest. Was brilliant watching through the HD feed. I only wish I had the funds to go experience it in person.

My biggest regret from Fanfest this year is that my duties with press kept me from being able to talk to players every single moment of ever single day. Luckily for me, the press stuff went super smoothly. Social Media stuff not as awesome as I'd like, btu I still got in a few official tweets and Facebook posts (sorry G+ and Reddit!)

I did get some choice chances to get in good conversations, during the party and late at night in the lobby of the Hotel Plaza, and it was glorious. I expect each of those conversations to continue in the coming weeks.

To echo what so many of the devs have already said, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

There's a reason why I teared up during the epic trailer at the end of Fanfest. It was the moment where I felt like last year (the thoughest I'd gone through professionally) was finally done, chapter closed. And we got through it with you guys, the players, the creators and friends and warriors and comedians and brothers and sisters of New Eden.

Thank you for believing in us. For joining us in Iceland and for helping us create the worlds we do. As you heard, we want EVE Forever. With you. Will you marry us?!

I told CCP Seagull that I probably wouldn't make it to next year's FanFest. Iceland's been monopolising my holiday budget for the past two years now. But you know what? I'm kidding myself.

10th anniversary? Fantastic devs? Awesome community? CREST and more Dev Track stuff (props to Cobra Kai!)? Yet another Party at the Top of the World? And of course Iceland--a reason in itself? Yeah, I'll be back. Now I just need to get more of my alliance to come with.

Thanks to CCP and to everyone that came to FanFest! Even the ones that threw their toys out of the pram. Blink

Thanks for joining us at a truly amazing Fanfest. It was good to see so many returning faces and also to put some faces to names for the first time. This was Fanfest number five for me and it was the best one in so many ways.

Cheers and see you next year!

Thanks for a great time everyone! It's always a good motivator to see how much you all love the game, and getting random hugs from players was surprising and awesome :)

Thanks guys for the best Fanfest yet! I made some great new friends and I can't wait to party with all of you again a year from now when we have been super busy working on the stuff we all saw and got inspired by at the Keynotes.
