don't care what race freighter and jump freighter.
must have good caldari navy standings.
must be able to use cloaky hauler.
these skils need to be at level 5:-
accounting
broker relations
margin trading

jump freighter must be trained to level 4
jdc must be at least level 4 with jump fuel conservation at level 4 too
