Missing agent portraits

After last ("launcher") patch, I have noticed that agent portraits in the stations are missing, and so far I was unable to get them working.

What is interesting is that big portraits, or even movement thumbnails are properly visible (as you can see on linked screenshot). Any advices how to fix this rather annoying bug?

You may want to clear the game cache and see if it starts redownloading them all again. Use the options menu in the launcher (the wrench/spanner at the top when it launches) and go to the last tab on the right. 
If I helped you out, Technical Issue, enemy gank, popped your poor fit, hit the "Like" button.

Thanks for tip, but clearing cache didn't help. It actually made things worse - now even the bigger portraits are gone. Also all agents in my directory (in Places and People) are missing portrait as well.

Behavior is weird - when I log in, I am in station. Agents are missing faces. When I open Agent Finder, agent portraits will load for every agent besides those in the station I am in (or for agents already in my directory - like Alitura for example).

Strange, I had the same issue with a single ship portrate yesterday. Ill dig around but being at work I cannot test anything. Hope a Dev shows up for a spell.

So those missing "big" portraits somehow loaded later. But small "in station" and thumbnail portraits are still missing. Wish there was some way to force their reload, or at least some setting in options for portrait management. Full body rendering works fine for all characters.

Maybe whatever "Connection" issues they were having yesterday is messing with the portrate download :/

It should clear up in time one way or another since that is more of an ingame issue and nothing to do with the launcher.

I also have this problem, Kay. The portraits are not loading in the stations for agents. I have tried everything. They are helpful too, grrr.

No improvement whatsoever (I was hoping it might be cache problem, and they would load after some time).

Also there seems to be some link to UI scale - when I change UI scaling, at some UI scale %, thumbnails when dragging those agent portraits are not visible, but on other % they are fine. Still, station portrait is not visible under all UI scale options.

I don't particularly want to bump, but have anyone found some solution? It is really very annoying.

Apparently it has something to do with UI Scale - there are similar threads here about missing item pictures, which may or may not be possibly related.

Same problem here. I remember it happening long time ago and I wasn't able to fix it then either, they just came back over time meh.

Maybe some minor DNS or connectivity issue. I'd just leave and ignore it for now. Come back, if it doesn't fix itself over the next 2-3 days.

Same issue for me. Even clean installation didn't help.

Yep, same problem. When in dialogue with agents, portraits show up. But in station overview, there's just the undefined black/gray silhouette.

It is apparently already reported (and thus known) bug, hopefully will be fixed soon.

Hmm, so, Escalation patch and still nothing corrected? How soon is "soon" in CCP speak? I would have thought this is rather simple problem and nothing difficult to correct?

Yep, confirming still the same problem even after Escalation patch.

Tried clear cache, tried repair, tried setting UI scale from 110% to 125%. No dice.

Not really a critical issue, but it does make the game look rather amateurish.
