I am looking to trade my research/ indy char for amarr mission runner: key features of char are

1: can build capital ships
2. excellent builder can make tech 2 cruisers and frigs and most tech 1 ships
3 over 9 mil sp in science great for invention and research work
4 good trade skills

what i am looking for in amarr mission runner: TRADE

1. must have access to amarr lvl 4 missions.
2. able to fit and fly a battleship
3 must have similar sp level.
