Character has positive security and wallet status, no kill right

Character is located in Caldari highsec and has no serious asset

Character is pretty close to a covops if someone were so inclined to fly one, also flies a fenrir freighter. Has good invention skills and enough production skills to manufacture what it invents

Starting bid: 10
Buyout: 15
