make corporate hangers scannable

it takes too much effort or is near impossible to figure out what's inside ship corporate hanger compared to gain you get from unscanneble cargoheld so either they should be scannable or removed

nope you cant scan it ...what they did is gave the ability for concord(or whatever the npc is called that could scan your ship for illigal substances.) to scan the corp hanger.

and still.. even if you could scan it....when you gank the ship everything in the corp hanger gets destroyed so it would be of little use to gank it for profit
