More like if you go to a fanfest and can't pick up chicks, you are doing it wrong.

Like I have been telling people the entire fanfest, Iceland only has 320k people in the entire country and 63% of them live in the city the fanfest is in.

Considering that statistically:

Approx 51% of any given population is female.
Approx 10% of any given population is "not straight".
The remaining people need to be staggered into groups based on age ranges with 15-18 being its own, forbidden group despite the fact its perfectly legal for a 15 year old Icelandic person to date a 30 year old since its still socially unacceptable. For our uses anybody over 50 is also considered out of bounds.
These age groups need to be set into "too ugly" and "'I'm scared to talk to them because I'm a beta" subgroups. Note that beer goggles changes this and has a large impact on these groups.
And then after all this you need to check the Icelandic website to assure the person is not related to you. This disqualifies more than most people want to admit even though its legal in Iceland to marry your first cousin.

.. It works out to about 100 people in the entire country you could date reasonably long term, more for one night stands. I'm also told this is too many by some of the girls I have talked to, so based on gender, etc and the numbers are clearly going to be different. But it explains a lot.

In short, if you are visiting Iceland and cant get laid you are doing it wrong, because there are a lot of hot women in Iceland looking for a foreigner to hook up with.

I will be judging the success of the fanfest not by the things I see now, but by the spike of births to Icelandic women in 9 months.

Yes I know its 5:38am.. I had a successful night.

I wouldn't have thought it was a great place for females to hangout, with all those drunk males about.

I mean would you want to go to a function full of drunk females?

you got banned again karn dulake?

Yes :(

First time i was banned was a Goons conspiracy due to my trolling and picture mash up of Mittans. The power of EVE came down on me. Lol

Second ban was entirely my own fault. Dont call the entire playerbase "The Aspie Generation" and "faggots" in the same sentence

I'm going to work very hard to keep Karn Dulake unbanned from now on.

Standing in for Karn Dulake who was banned for saying bad words

Unlike a lot of the plebian cretins I will actually go up to people here in Iceland and ask questions. This and some basic math background and the fact I got in to Iceland about a week before fanfest stated just so I could deep dive the culture means I think I have a more complete view of Iceand than some. It may not be a perfect view, but I can tell by the posts here and by the things people say at fanfest that its more complete.
