This thread isn't market related at all. It should be moved into General Discussion, that way nobody sees it and a select few cant profit from other people's speculation.

"You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension - a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into the Twilight Zone. "

That's Rod Serling, not Rod Sterling.

When I think of 'The Twilight Zone' TV series and Rod Serling's monologue, there's one phrase that comes to mind:

'There's a signpost up ahead, next stop - The Twilight Zone.'

Granted that phrase isn't exact and after doing some research, I found out Rod Serling actually changed his monologue for each of the five seasons of the TV series.

Quote:
Season 1 (1959–1960):
There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call... The Twilight Zone.
—Rod Serling

Season 2 (1960–1961):
You're traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind, a journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That's the signpost up ahead, your next stop... The Twilight Zone.
—Rod Serling

Season 3 (1961–1962):
You're traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind, a journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. Your next stop... The Twilight Zone.
—Rod Serling

Season 4 (1963):
You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension. A dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas, you've just crossed over into... The Twilight Zone.
—Rod Serling

Season 5 (1963–1964):
There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call... The Twilight Zone.
—Rod Serling

The movie 'Twilight Zone' consisted of a Prologue, 4 short stories and Epilogue. The Prologue and Epilogue could be considered as 2 mini stories related to each other due to featuring actor/comedian Dan Aykroyd playing a song by Creedence Clearwater Revival - "Midnight Special". The movie uses the TV series Season 4 monologue in the beginning (Prologue) and the TV series Season 5 monologue for the ending (Epilogue).

Quote:
Twilight Zone - The Movie (1983)
Prologue:
You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension. A dimension of sound. A dimension of sight. A dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into... The Twilight Zone.

First Story (Time Out):
You're about to meet an angry man, Mr. William Connor, who carries on his shoulder a chip the size of the national debt. This is a sour man, a lonely man, who's tired of waiting for the breaks that come to others, but never to him. Mr. William Connor, whose own blind hatred is about to catapult him into the darkest corner of... The Twilight Zone.

Second Story (Kick the Can):
It is sometimes said that where there is no hope, there is no life. Case in point, the residents of Sunnyvale Rest Home, where hope is just a memory. But hope just checked into Sunnyvale, disguised as an elderly optimist, who carries his magic in a shiny tin can.

Third Story (It's a Good Life):
Portrait of a woman in transit, Helen Foley, age 27. Occupation, schoolteacher. Up until now, the pattern of her life has been one of unrelenting sameness, waiting for something different to happen. Helen Foley doesn't know it yet, but her waiting has just ended.

Fourth Story (Nightmare at 20,000 Feet):
What you're looking at could be the end of a particularly terrifying nightmare. It isn't. It's the beginning. Introducing Mr. John Valentine, air traveler. His destination... The Twilight Zone.

Epilogue:
There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call... The Twilight Zone.

The Prologue and the four story monologue's was narrated by Burgess Meredith (Epilogue narrated by Rod Serling). Burgess Meredith starred in four different stories of the original TV series, resulting in him and one other actor having the most appearances on the show. Since Burgess Meredith didn't receive any on-screen credit for his narration in the movie, his name and one of his more memorable role's in the series is mentioned during the Prologue.)
