I've seen these charts that graphs the dps of your ship during a fight. Is this a 3rd party software that does it? If so, where can I find it?

I believe OP meant dps projected and taken during the fight. There is nice tool named Eve Combat Log Analyzer, does its job quite decently but the author has abandoned it. Which is bad as sometime around Crucible log format apparently changed slightly and now numbers are inaccurate (look like multiplied by ten).
