Multiple Chat Tab Rows

Simple UI suggestion.

I'm now playing EVE on a laptop instead of my desktop and the lack of screen space is a real pain in the ass. If I have eight chat windows open but only enough room to display four, I currently see four and then a white triangle pointed to the right that tells me I have more windows open that I cannot see. I suggest you allow an option to see multiple rows of chat tabs. So instead of four non-visible chat windows, I would have two rows of four tabs. Or A row of five and a row of three, depending on the width of my chat window. Or whatever.

Feel like I over-explained what is a really simple idea. UI folks - get this done! :-)

Also, I'm aware that you could separate the hypothetical eight tabs into two chat windows and then stack them one behind the other with a vertical offset so you can see blink notifications, but meh. Ghetto.

I also wish the UI wouldn't freeze everytime you changed a chat tab.

It doesn't for me. I've got it running on a few varying aged computers and it doesn't appear to freeze on any of them.

Out of curiosity, do you have chat logging enabled?

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...
