CSM Statement regarding CCP refocusing

A CSM that has been shown to be unable to even get CCP to ask input on their devblogs before they throw them out. But it makes both the person posting the support and the CSM receiving it feel a little better.

The only 1-related action that counts is the -1 of your subscriptions and -1 of online players from not logging in.

im thinking you must not have noticed ccp's latest change of action based on player response, that yes took a lot of loggoffs and unsubs to get, but they are saying that they are now listening more closely due to those things and that is what this post is about to show just why such things had to happen and what we would like to see to help change that
