You're not going to like hearing this, but.... for your character, you'll be lucky to get 4bil. EVERYONE has a hulk pilot these days. Anyone needing a hulk pilot with Orca skills and can afford 8bil, already has an orca.

Industrial skills are just not worth as much as combat.

I went through this same thing with an alt I was selling.

Just wanted to save you some time.
