It needs all the relevent subsystem skils trained to 4 (Offensive, Defensive etc) and I dont mean the sub-system skill to fly the ship.

Jury rigging and the relevent racial Starship engineering skill needs to be at 5 (Caldari prefered) and of course Cruiser Construction at 5.

Just out of curiosity, Reileen, do you really need level 4 for all the subsystems skills to invent the subs?
I mean here's my eveboard link and you can see I don't have them at level 4 but yet I have invented all the subs with ease at my current cheesy levels lol. Smile

btw, http://eveboard.com/pilot/phantom_rebel_Islander , my poor little sister if I did it right, would take approximately 88 days to have all the subsystems skills at level 4 plus ofc Cruiser Construction level 5 and Jury Rigging 5 plus all the science skills needed for the subsystems skills.

Thanks Reileen. I kind of figured that's what you were going to say.
Every mad scientist has their beliefs and experiences.
Unfortunately, a lot of people would love me to join their corp(s)/alliances so I can build them nice shiny ships for them so they can play in the sandbox.
It has to be ungodly amount for me to sell myself and of course people will say I'm crazy and my answer to them is: damn skippy I am crazy because I'm a mad scientist. P I'm worth every shiny isky I ask for in the end.
I love to build and invent for the sheer enjoyment.
Just sad for me because I'm training my two little sisters to be like me but I got 3 years on them as far as training goes and I'm going to go through the same pains with them to be like me.
I don't even think if someone offered me 100 billion I could sell myself even though the thought did make me smile. Big smileP
Actually, I would sell myself for 100 billion (maybe) because someone dear to me would kill me if I didn't. Lol
all in the name of love I guess.

She doesnt have the cruiser construction/ jury rigging yet, but she got all the reverse engineering sub skills at 4 2 at 5

Also she flies an orca and exhumers perfectly.

Hi and thanks for your offer.

I will have to pass as it does not have the skills to build said T3 ships or components.

As an example, to build a Tengu you need.....

Industry 5, Cruiser Construction 5, Caldari Starship Engineering 5 and Mechanical Engineering at 4.
