Unable to log in to the test server

Each time i try to log in on this account i get "Incorrect username or password." thrown at me.

inb4 someone says "Your getting your log in information wrong"

I used the same info to log into the forum i'm posting on. :P

Did you change password within the last few months?

I don't know how CCP does it, but I know other companies tend to do a mirror of the main database every few months since what you do on the test server should not be linked to your live character. Log in details might be outdated for the test servers due to this if it's not a separate one that authenticate both servers.

I don't think this account was active before the last mirror so it might not be showing up as an active account on the DB which would explain it.

Any problems with the Test servers should really go into the "Test Server Feedback" forum, as that's what it is for. You will also find a thread for account reactivation requests there if your account has fallen inactive since the last account mirroring.
