OFC I'm going to send you a low ball offer on the first go around haven't you ever herd of a negotiation? but lost arts aside I don't think a 5m sp char is worth much more than 2-3b. For the skills I want the char would have 4,345,795 and would take 100 days to train. So that's 4 months, a little under 2b in plexs. yeah you have 10m sp but where is the other 6m at? In useless crap, like I said in the op im looking for a scanny char with at least AR to five. So that's all i am willing to pay for. Its not my fault you don't know how to train your char or market it for that matter.

IMO when you want to buy a char you pay the most because you want it NOW. It might take only 100 days to train, but the fact is that someone else did it not you. As you say, its not anyone else's fault that you havent trained yours already. You want to buy a char with plex and skill price only... best is to train your own.

Oh and add the prices of the plexes needed for transfer too.

Yeah I'm just trying to get the best price I can, just because when you ask me what I want to pay i send a low offer doesn't mean you cant tell me what your looking to get out of it. I might just go for it because I really want the character. You might have just passed up selling yourself because you wouldn't set your price you just ignored a low ball offer.

Ok sorry i misinterpreted your post with one's that wants to get a specialized char. As i said, best price is to train it yourself. With the "power of 2" offer, you get 6 months for a new account where you can train 2 of such characters, with just 3 plexes.

That's fine mate, i'm in no real need to sell this toon.
I've bought a lot of prober alts over the past 6 months or so (including this one) and know what they are worth.
Basically i made the offer in case you were in serious need and were willing to pay accordingly.
Clearly youre not, which is fine.

I'm not really interested in haggling with you and a 2bil offer isnt even a reasonable place to start for an astro, covop, rangefinding and cyber 5 scanner.

PS: before you go look it up, yes i'm fully aware i bought this toon for a steal. doesnt mean i'm going to sell it for one.

Just because you didn't see it as a reasonable offer doesn't mean you can't tell what you think one is tbh. You are right I am not in desperate need of a scan toon i just really want one. I am pretty tempted to just make one of my own.
