That dread pilot is pretty awfully trained. I'd like a dread toon and would be willing to pay 13 for it but holy **** does it need a lot of work. T2 siege is a shorter train that capital lasers V and adds 20% more damage than T1 siege compared to the 5% more damage of lasers V. Likewise not having at least dread IV and calling it a dread toon is terrible. It needs work but it has solid supports.
