Virgin Media is a UK ISP, I'm on BT (also a UK ISP) and also can't connect. Shame as I have only just reactivated my account for the first time in ages just as this happened.

Same problem here. I'm in London, ISP is BT Broadband. My other two accounts can get in fine, just not this toon

im in the UK and on virgin media.

but from what ppl are posting its various nations and various providers........seems like a ccp issue to me?

one account handshake problem, the other coudl log in to the same grid. so cannot be an ISP issue.
I think some database tables are mocked up. We will soon have emergencies reboots i suppose
