Democracy - Vote Duration options

Allow votes to take as little as 1h for a vote to complete.

Will give optional democratic structure to corporations.


OPTIONAL : Do this for war declarations.
OPTIONAL : If votes are not available for alliances, allow votes for alliances.
OPTIONAL : Make it a skill to skill for, vote completion -15% max time to complete per level, x4

Why? This serves no need, and appears to make it easy for you to **** your corp over. Stop posting ****** ideas and biomass.
