Never ending loop of Patching

Using Windows 7 64-bit here.

I ran the launcher, it patched without any issue, said the client was ready, so I clicked play, then the client said there was a patch and it started patching. It patched fine, brought the launcher back up, but whenever I bring up the client it just closes it, goes back and does the patch all over again in an endless cycle. I dunno wtf is going on. I tried the reboot computer/repair tool thing, tried launching from the eve folder and the bin folder as well to no avail. I mean, I know there's usually tons of patching going on during patch day, but seriously, it's just a never ending loop.

Welcome to the launcher fail brother. We have been experiencing worst senario than that.
Read all the post and the variation of all the funny quirks the launcher is throwing. And all the
more amusing is that over all kinds of platform things are throwing up.

For me I have opt to clean the whole thing out the patch just basically unpatched everything
and make the client into an eyesore icon on my desktop that runs nothing when I double click.
Yes nothing not even the launcher itself!

Ridiculous ... still downloading the latest client as of now. I want to eat the developers alive!
But peace ... goosefrabaaaa....

Peace is the way of my war.
