Idea for group training bonuses?

Haven't played Eve for a long time now. But, was just thinking. In "Real Life" (tm) people in groups tend to train/learn better. Why not contain the same behavior in Eve?

the idea being that, well, this /is/ an mmo, yes?

Step 1: Get a bunch of alts.
Step 2: Put them all in the same corp/collaborative "training scheme."
Step 3: Wait.
Step 4: Sell and/or use alts.

Results:
- All players that take advantage of this gain more SP (neutral to bad thing).
- More people join corps/collaborative efforts (good thing).
- Does nothing to alter the perception that younger players "can't catch up." It might make it worse in fact (bad thing).
- Richer players can farm characters more easily (bad thing).
