LOL posted in true DeMichael Cartman fashion. These forums are not "in-game" and are part of the external meta game. Ask (petition) CCP if you don't believe me. Got any other "facts" you want to share, or should I link to some posts where you have a meltdown whenever people politely ask you simple questions about your facts.

All posts from you will always be read in Cartman's voice. Now do go run and complain to CCP (your mom) that the bad man called you Cartman again.

White-knighting? What kind of crap is that?

For me I just prefer freedom of choice, which of course means not taking much notice of the grow a pair bs that we hear on the forums.

There is no accountability on the forums if you stick to the forum rules, the only ones that can hold you to account are CCP staff and that is how it should be.

If the forums annoy you so much don't read them.

For you I'd not say man up, more like grow up.

[quote=Karn Dulake]Within the world of the internet forum posting is cost free. You can say what you like, abuse who you like and it never comes back to haunt you.

Obviously, Im guilty.
However your idea limits freedom of expression with out repercussions. I have a forum alt for two reasons.
1. So when or if I need to look for a new corp i can make the post without people in my current corp/alliance seeing that I'm trying to find a new home.
2. So I can ask, inquire, or make statements about my current alliance interactions within eve that may or may not be kosher to everyone. im affiliated with.
For me, its about political anonymity, which is something all real life forms of written press allow. The eve forums is the closest thing we have to a written press with in eve.

Yes, I complain about things I don't like.

I must say you do excel at perseverance but you fail at reading comprehension, especially since you assume 'these forums are an extension of the game' meant 'in-game'.

Thanks again for confirming you are indeed a scared little forum troll hiding from 'accountability' and proving once again you don't have any "facts" to back up your claims.

We do want players to be able to take action (within the rules) against each other for acts committed in game or in some cases in the forums.

By the way, some friends of mine were wondering if you ever plan on undocking.

It is very telling that you require "friends" to participate in game play other than PVE.

Keep sperging Cartman. I eagerly await your next forum melt-down and non-sequitur ramblings.

This thread just proves what a bunch of spiteful and pathetic people a lot of the forumbase is, they're nothing compared to the majority of people who actually play the game. Please set up a free website and take your **** waving elsewhere, it's not like a lot of you have one to speak of.

If this is an actual quote and I have no reason to think you would alter a GMs post to suit your view. Then that's totally irresponsible of GM Nythanos.

Forums are not normally considered an extension of the game and should not be considered an extension of the game as conflicts that arise on forums are normally personal conflicts and are viewed differently by those in conflict to conflicts in-game.

So it's no wonder people use alts especially on these forums if that is/was CCPs view, encouraging anti-social behaviour out of game is not what CCP should be doing, and it is out of game even if GM Nythanos seems to think/thought the forums are an extension of the game.

There's nothing wrong with alt posting. Tho, I'm biased, I'm a forum alt poster myself but hey..

We got forum mods and rules regulating forums, and you have every mean possible to reply to them on forums, there's your 'accountability'. Everything else is just unecessary butthurt bullshit.

I can assure you that Karn Dulake is Karn Dulake's main character, I fly with him and have been doing so for about a year now.

I also agree, there are too many warriors on these forums.

People like you, who can't tell the difference between game and real life IS the reason people post with alts. Your mind simply cannot differentiate the purpose of a game versus the function that the forums serve (ie, post ideas related to the game but not in-game).

I rather avoid having to put up with childish tantrums and rage against my corp because someone didn't like me suggesting a boost to the mining profession. I simply don't have the time for you.

By the way, PVP'ing pixelated spaceships, camping other players in a video game, does not "a pair" grow you.

Real men get in their car, drive across the country or to the airport and take a plane, to meet someone and beat them up over an argument in a video game. Posting youtube videos of the event magnifies the level of manliness dependent on the number of likes said video receives.
