Seeking Incursion FC Lessons

Hello, I've done Incursions a few times and wanted to start FC'ing them myself for my corp. Is there any steps or advice anyone could offer, or could anyone give lessons. If so, id be glad to pay for some hands on training.

Use your Google Fu, I'm sure there are a few good things to read about it out there, also google is safer. P
