So i've basically quit eve and just let my player train. Needed a break from the broken sov warfare and super capital blobs.

So far i've gathered that nothing has really changed on that front but whats the news? What are the big wars and what's on the proposed horizon?

Also, I miss exploding ships.

Nothing new basically since I up and left around april. Ah well, back to training at 2700 sp/hr

I think there's been a few recent changes actually: we have new forums, more active devs on these new forums, an upcoming winter expansion... Gameplay wise there's just been a few bugfixes as far as I recal. Also welcome back.
