HTTP_EVE_CONSTELLATIONNAME in WH again

Dear CCP,

Can you please once and for all decide if HTTP_EVE_CONSTELLATIONNAME has to return 'unknown' or smth like 'E-C00236' when being in WH space? Today is the THIRD time I have to change scripts due to this header change!

First it was 'unknown'.
With Crucible 1.0 it became const-name.
A week later it was reverted to 'unknown'
Today it is once again const-name.

I presume I'm not the only one, who uses this header for my tool for wormhole navigation (my tool detects wh-wh jumps by comparing const-names for both systems).
