So, I agreed a buyout price with seller. However, I am trying to leverage the "power of 2" promotion CCP has on, but their site is bugged, so I am not able to make the account, that I want to transfer the toon to.

I have filed a petition, it hasn't been answered yet and I can;t say when it will be.

You indicated in game you are giving me 12 hours to get it sorted, which is fair.

If you find another seller, I understand if you accept their bid. grrrr.
