Confirming. I received PLEX after I voted. The process was nice and simple. I was provided with a link and within a few shakes of the lambs tail, I had received my reward. I felt like Charlie Bucket must have when he opened the Candy Bar and found the last Golden Ticket to Wonkas Factory. Vote today kids and your golden shine awaits. 500 million isk x 50 people is 25 billion. 25 billion is absolutely not a lot of isk.

I'm not saying he is or isn't giving out plex, but your example doesn't support your argument.

Honestly (pardon the irony), why would anyone be surprised to find out that a CSM candidate or sitting member is corrupt and beholden to some outside interest first and foremost? That’s just Eve for you. The meta-game rules. In some ways, I wish I had been in position to cash in myself but noooo... I had to go have a conscience about things and vote accordingly. Pfft.

if you are just starting out and get a legit chance to sell your vote for a PLEX? Take it. That kind of ISK can help a rookie go far. But make sure you get what you sell it for first.
