The only minor problem I have ever had with the customer support is with reinbursment. If you want something reinburst you NEED to request an escalation. The lower GMs will NEVER reinburse a lost item.

and ofcourse the GM response on patch days (and a week or so after) and the likes are always slow which is understandable because of the increased amount of bugs.

Other than that i would say CCPs customer service is excelent (excluding CCP Zulu's occasional PR disasters :P )

I recently had a good response i mentioned in the forum but it got passed over cause it wasn't a popular thing to say. I'd had a similar one a couple years back and bothered to comment why I was unhappy with the response. Here a couple years later, they were not only treating more like a customer but also seemed to have taken a moment and possibly looked at my petition history before they responded to me. Even with all of todays databases I rarely see this on the service side of sales.
