WTB - SUBCAP PVP PILOT - FOCUSED - ANY RACE/GENDER/SEC

I am looking to attain a focused PVP pilot that will:

pvp in low sec/null sec
plex/rat in nullsec

As such, the race/gender/sec status/name of the character doesn't matter.

requirements:

good dps
good tank
good navigation
no extra industry/science/corp management/PI/trade skills
no cap skills

list the character sheet link AND price.

I do not care to negotiate. I just want your best price for the character.

please do not try to get rich reselling characters to me, I know the market rate for characters.

convo'ed and found out that the guy wants 9 bil for a 27 mil sp char.

needless to say, I laughed and closed convo.

Please make sure your read and follow the bumping rules:
