As the title states, I'm looking for a C2 or C3 Pulsar WH. Minimum requirement is a high sec static, though it would be great if it had a HS/C1 2 or 3 static. PI planets aren't a concern to me, so I don't care if the PI is amazing or if it's trash. Evemail me with what ya got, and we can discuss.
