Hey, cant wait to come back to Iceland - last year rocked my socks.

Ok,

The purchase of an eve online fanfest ticket through eve online account management is at 95 euro's right.

Well i am from the UK so that £79.53 real money (to me).

However if i book at three day pass at http://en.harpa.is/events/upcoming-events/nr/1578 a three day pass is at 9.900 Iclelandic KR.

Again i am from the UK so thats (approximatly) £50 real money (to me)

So could i please ask what is the difference in the ticket? i.e. is it exactly the same ticket, or do i not get a goodie bag or somthing?

Somthing is not adding up here? so could you please clarify this for me?

Apriechiated

Thank you

Titan.

The difference is that you do not get the in game items with the ticket you purchase at Harpa. Given the volatility of the Icelandic krona, your exchange rate may not be as good by the time you arrive.

Seriously?

So basically I would have to pay an extra 6000króna for a ticket over the internet, have to get a credit card and most probably a paypal account to get the in game items. When I could have just as easily walked some 500 meters from my school to harpa get out my wallet and get a ticket. Which I have already done btw.

So in short. Because I cant afford or cant even access a ticket through the internet I dont get ingame items.

Many thanks for the clarification!

I think i will purchase my ticket through the harpa website if thats ok, i dont feel like paying around £30 for a hauler and an ingame t-shirt :-)

Dont wish to pull up bad vibes but ingame items for real money doesnt float my boat. However as these are vanity items i wont get all emo about it.

I will get you a beer with the cash i saved, Nice one fella.

No one can say what the items will go for, but if you sold the pair of quafe shirts from last year it would have been about 4 months of plex.

If the new shirts end up selling for the same you'll get 2 months of plex because of the higher plex prices. If the ship sells well you will get more playtime from the items then it would cost you to buy it from CCP.
