Looking for a character that can fly (i.e. more than sit in) a thanatos. The more of the JDC V/Carrier V/Fighters V trio, the better, but I don't need a nyx alt or anything. All IVs is more than acceptable for the right price.

I'd like to spend 10b or less but can be flexible if it's towards the top of the requirements.
