I fell for it myself man... i'm sorry about this. What ccp needs to do is to REMOVE the damn rule they put in the recruitment channel, about being forbidden to use it as a platform to locate players to scam.
at least people would stay aware that there are a lot of idiots that break the rules 'cause ccp can't enforce them

Trust me, this would do NOTHING to improve the situation. This is *THE OLDEST* scam in the book. Goons have been doing this even before the "double your ISK" scams popped up.

I was just taken by this scam for 1 billion, witch i bought threw plex since i'm just really starting out in the game and i want to give myself a little isk to play with. I know scamming is a part of EvE scams like this will kill a game, raping new players because their just getting their feet wet will only get them to cancel their Subs and move on. Call me a n00b because i am one.

New players who don't buy isk dont get scammed for a billion and therefore don't have this problem. Idea

But those few who do provide enough reputation for 10 new subs...

I dont know what the OP did wrong....i sent Goons my 2 billion isk and promptly received my free family sized tube of KY jelly, 18 inch black rubber c*ck and my 2 sizes to small pink hot pants......patiently awaiting further instructions.
