I am looking to buy 1 of the following characters.

Tengu

This character must have all fitting and missile supporting skills at 5.
Having gunnery support skills at 5 would be a great bonus.

Ishtar/Gallente Drone boater

This character must have all fitting and drone supporting skills at 5, including sentry drones.
Having gunnery support skills at 5 would be a great bonus.

I am not looking for characters who have pointless and wasted SP in industry.

My budget is 10-13b

Not all Missile Supports 5 but he has BS 5 and all Skills for Flying a Tengu near Perfect
