Or more properly, Anti-stacking penalty implants

Essentially using your precious implant slots to reduce the stacking penalty of multiple modules

... so I could use a Fleet Issue Typhoon, with my glorious 8 low slots, and have a nice 100% (or more!) resist across all 4 damage types in armor, making me invincible...

I think that someone didn't think this through... I also think no...

Resists have proportional issues besides the stacking penalty, since each resistance source applies against the remainder damage from the previous ones.

No 100% resist would ever be possible.

What the stacking penalty does is reduce the amount of that remainder that is resisted.

With no stacking penalty 8X50% resists gives you about 99.6% damage resistance (1/256 damage gets through).

A bigger issue is tracking modules, where a Titan with a 6 TE-II's should be able to bullseye interceptors.

I said reduce, not eliminate.
