Having just finished Templar One, I would like to say it is an awesome read. Thank you Tony Gonzales for such an excellent book.

Now everytime i'm in a system that gets a mention in the book I'm like, damn, that happened here!

Or did it?

Maybe Templar One is fiction within fiction, as in a fictional story that could have happened in the EVE universe but never actually did, at least only to a smaller degree. That would explain why nobody ever noticed any of the described events and why no traces can be found either.

I have to agree with OP, that was one of the best books I've ever read.

Ever since I've read it, I've completely changed my skill que around to research and development of the ancient races...

I'd be more willing to assume "because we [capsuleers] just don't care" I mean, the only capsuleer involved was Korvin Lears ... and he got podded in the fight, right into the Federation Navy's brig... also, the empires were keeping it hush hush in Amamake.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

It's a very good read. I would love to see more EVE books!

Kinda like what they've been doing with the Warhammer fiction. That gaming universe must have spawned hundreds of books by now and many of them are awesome books too.
