Hello all.

Basically, PI taxes are killing me, millions per hour over all of my characters. Also, it's going to be difficult to get a highsec POS due to standings requirements.

I'm looking to sort out an arrangement with a nullsec alliance next to empire space (ideally Caldari area; must be directly connected to empire so I can ship in and out) so that I can do PI (manufacturing only, no resource gathering) with no or reduced tax, and build several POS, again for manufacturing/research only, no resource gathering.

In exchange for that, I'm willing to pay a lot of money.
