Data dump logs indicate its a Cormorant hull that can fit citadel torpedoes. Sort of an ultra-heavy bomber.

I heard it was going to be a Manticore that can cloak twice at the same time and an Eagle with a 300% bonus to medium railgun optimal per level.

I heard that data dumps indicate that it's going to be based on Moa hull, but uglier, that it can fit the device and Willard wheel, and that it's good for vacuuming.

In the personal honesty, I expect the kestrel hull and caracal. Kestrel because it has that cool modified bomber hull coming. Caracal because I mean reward of a moa? No thanks, I will throw this round.

Given the trend of previous alliance tournament ships, my guess:

The frigate will be Merlin hull based, with shield resist and ECM bonuses (frigates have recon-related Ewar bonuses; which is still ECM for caldari.) and role bonuses for damage and range.

The cruiser will be Moa hull based, and probably be a hybrid-Rook, similar bonuses to the frigate.

Both ships'll have more mids than expected to make up for the shared need for tank and ECM modules, and probably be really skimpy on lows.

uh... well I haven't seen anything in the data dumps at all yet, including sisi. My guess is a Merlin hull and a Caracal hull. Here's why: AT7,8,9 Frigates all used the models that are already assault ships. You can see the assault ships here

AT7 - Assault ships for Minmatar: Jaguar | Wolf use same model as Freki
AT8 - Assault ships for Gallente: Ishkur | Enyo use same model as Utu
AT9 - Assault ships for Amarr: Retribution | Vengeance use same model as Malice

So it follows that
AT10 - Assault ships for Caldari: Hawk | Harpy will use same model as Kracken

Might be off on the name but you get the idea. The Merlin is probably the model the ATX ship will be based on.

For the Heavy Assault first place varient it's a little tougher to tell... Caracal and Moa models are both good guesses because they ae both represented in the Caldari heavy assault category. The only consistency really in the AT7,8,9 tournaments is the tournament first place model is the first one listed under each category: Muninn, Demios, and Sacrilege respectively. However, it hasn't escaped me that this is how they fall alphabetically as well, so who knows. Still, I bet the Cerberus and the ATX first place ship share the same hull.
