Looking for a C2 with C3 and High Sec Statics
-Will consider WHs with or Without POSes or ships
-Any Effect/ No Effect is fine
-PI is optional.

Basically all we're looking for is the C2 having a C3 and a High Sec Static. Past that, as long as it's not already occupied, we don't mind.
